My wonderful friend, Etta Britt, has a book coming out in the next few weeks. For those who have heard her life revealed in her songs like Quiet House and others, in this book she shares her soul from which her music comes. My connection with Etta Britt is so strong that at times I cannot tell if she is singing my sermons or if I’m preaching her songs – like this one, I Believe.
It’s just a matter of time,
we’re gonna wake up to find.
This world is moving so fast
every moment, make it last.

Etta’s songs, her story, and her life will encourage you to come out of your own shadows and shine in the light. As Jesus said, and Etta so often does, Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven. (Matthew 5:16)
